Post-Abortion Peer Counseling
If you can answer yes to any of these questions, you may be experiencing Post-Abortion Syndrome.
  • Are you struggling to turn off the feelings connected to the abortion experience?
  • When abortion is mentioned, do you react physically by clenching your jaw or holding your breath?
  • Are you affected by physical reminders (such as babies, pregnant women) of your abortion experience?
  • Are there certain times of the year when you find yourself depressed, sick, or accident-prone, such as the anniversary date of the abortion?
  • Has your attitude toward relationships changed?
  • Have you experienced periods of prolonged depression?

If you think you have Post-Abortion Syndrome, we have a trained counselor who has experienced an abortion, understands how you may be feeling, and can help you work through the healing process. Please call our 24 hour helpline at (219) 769-4321 to talk to a counselor, or contact us to let us know how we can help you.
